Gomboc Gallery is the largest privately owned Art Gallery in Western Australia. Situated just thirty minutes from the heart of Perth, in the wine growing district of the Swan Valley. The Gallery was established in 1982 on 4.5 hectares, which is being developed into a Sculpture Park.
The Gallery's policy is to provide an exhibition venue for established and emerging Australian artists of all disciplines and to give extra encouragement and assistance to sculptors by way of the on-site bronze art foundry. |

The Taylor's have been in the valley since 1978 and have slowly changed their once home into a Gallery and more recently completed renovations incorporating a café/ restaurant and theatre. The gallery showcases bold Jude Taylor lino cut prints, Michael Taylor hand crafted furniture and works by various contemporary Western Australian artists. SWAN TAFEExhibitions run for 3 weeks and show mostly student work as well as invited artist group shows, the occasional solo and the ever growing 3rd year Graduation show. Student shows are usually themed and showcase the diverse and contemporary work that is being made in the Advanced Diploma of Applied Environmental Arts course currently being taught in the Art Department. |
